Collection of general information when visiting our website

When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected by means of a cookie. We collect personal data when you contact us (e.g. via our contact form or by e-mail). Personal data in this case are your name, your e-mail address, your telephone number and your address. Mandatory fields are marked as such, because in these cases we need the data to process your contact and you cannot send the contact message without this information. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. We use the data you provide in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 p. 1 lit. b GDPR to process your inquiries. After processing of the contract is completed, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after expiry of the storage periods required by tax and commercial law, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, if this is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.


By sending us your application documents, you agree that bema GmbH Maschinenfabrik may collect, process and use the data you have provided to us for the purpose of processing your application and that you accept our general data protection regulations. Your personal data will be made available to the responsible staff or managers as part of our internal selection process. Your data will not be passed on to third parties outside bema GmbH Maschinenfabrik. You have a right of revocation at any time to the consents given to us and the right to information, correction or deletion of your data saved with us. Your personal data will be deleted six months after completion of the application process. In case of unsolicited applications after 12 month. Documents sent by mail will be returned to you accordingly.
