On April 16, 2025, we put our first photovoltaic system into operation. The system consists of 458 modules and has a performance of 199 kW. Thanks to its east-west orientation, it provides broad coverage throughout the day, enabling maximum self-sufficiency. On the first sunny days, we were already able to generate more electricity than we consumed. Should we ever need more electricity, we will continue to source it from the grid as usual, using green energy from renewable sources.
With this system, we are taking an important step towards sustainable power generation and reducing our carbon footprint. Further measures in the field of sustainable power generation and usage are planned for the future. Because our claim ‘Clean work all along the line’ is not just our claim, but a promise.
