WELL PREPARED TOGETHER

125 years - the bema family is excited about four service anniversaries

released at:

Although this is not really the ideal period for convivial gatherings, due to Corona, bema GmbH machine factory managing director Sonja Koopmann did not miss the opportunity to honour the staff members celebrating their anniversary in the company. As it was still impossible to celebrate a big party together in 2021, a small but nice social Christmas gathering was quickly organized on the large grounds of the machine factory.

Where has the time gone?
This is surely what all bema colleagues were thinking when Ms. Koopmann passed in review the year 2021. Despite Corona, Brexit and other adversities, bema could seize many opportunities to its benefit and push the project “Projekt Industrie 4.0”. The director of the company thanked all staff members for their great commitment and helpful cooperation. In this context, she especially thanked those celebrating their anniversary.

Renate Diersen, Marc Kemmer, and Markus Möllenkamp have been part of the game for a quarter of a century.
As a trained gardener, Renate Diersen took care of the garden and the large grounds in a first step, before supporting the production department as a warehouse operator. Owing to her flexibility, she does not only work in the facility management department now but in all fields needing a helping hand. Markus Möllenkamp is a trained agricultural engines mechanic, preferably mounting municipal road sweepers. And for the time being, he has a lot of work with the two new types which bema launched in spring 2021. Marc Kemmer, too, has been part of the bema team for 25 years now. Having joined the company as a design draughtsman, he is now the system administrator ensuring an interface function between all departments and being responsible for the entire IT sector.

Half a century

Ursula “Uschi” Berens has become a factotum.
In 1970, Uschi married Günther Berens and has been the heart and soul of the company from the outset. With the help of her late husband, her daughter Sonja Koopmann as well as committed staff members, she has been developing bema GmbH machine factory to become the market leader in the add-on road sweeper sector. Be it in the office, in the delivery van or in the booth - Uschi has been part of the bema company history for 50 years.
