North District Enterprise Day 202

140 entrepreneurs hosted in Voltlage: On this year's North District Enterprise Day held at bema GmbH Maschinenfabrik, interesting factory visits and a talk were on the agenda again.

Christoph Trame, the Joint Community Mayor of the hosting Joint Community of Neuenkirchen received and welcomed, together with host Sonja Koopmann, the participants from all municipalities of the North District, their mayors, representatives of the Rural District of Osnabrück, of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce as well as of neighbouring LEADER regions. This formed a good basis for the lively exchange of views among other things about joint plans for the LEADER region of the Northern Osnabrück Region (Nördliches Osnabrücker Land - NOL) to which the enterprises can contribute as well.

In her key note entitled "The secret of happy success", Leadership Coach Corinna Bäthge made her audience aware of the soft factors in employee- and self-management that would not only promise success, but actually also increase the personal feeling of happiness. She advocated a positive mindset that everyone can choose for himself/herself. LEADER Regional Manager Nils Schnieders took the opportunity to introduce himself to the assembled representatives of the trade and industry in the NOL as a contact person for all questions around the LEADER promotion tool that is new to the region. Moderator Katharina Mehring from pro-t-in GmbH Lingen moreover briefly presented the freshly published "LEADERkompakt" magazine and invited the guests to identify their chances and discover the new promotional opportunities for themselves.

As always, the Enterprise Day had started with factory visits which led the guests to the enterprises Dingmann Edelstahl GmbH, Gartenbau Wencker KG, Hülsmann Reisen and the hosting bema GmbH Maschinenfabrik this year. The guests from trade and industry, politics and administration used the final networking for a lively exchange of views aiming among other things at jointly exploring the opportunities and prospects for the Northern Osnabrück Region. This is exactly the idea taken up by one of the LEADER start projects that will deal - based on bread networking - with the development of a joint identity and trade mark.
